I loved that I could easily walk to both the Inverness Museum and Art Gallery and the charming Greig Street Bridge, making my weekend explorations a total delight. The breakfast buffet was a nice start to the day.

On arrival, the room configuration left something to be desired—just a double bed and a sofa bed for a family of four. The bathroom felt uncomfortably small, and the beds were quite firm, which might not suit everyone's preference. Accessing the hotel can be a bit of a hassle due to the indirect route to the retail park behind it, which forces you onto a busy dual carriageway. The breakfast offerings were underwhelming, lacking variety and warmth, keeping it far from the top tier of hotel breakfasts. it’s functional, but if you have specific needs like extra sleeping arrangements, it might not hit the mark.

The staff were helpful like when they helped me set up some takeout for dinner from the restaurant next door even though it was busy which was a nice surprise and also the breakfast spread was better than I thought it would be like fresh pastries and all sorts of options really started the day right.

the location was really handy n easy to find. we had a comfy bed, and the tea n coffee was great to have anytime. breakfast was good too, hot stuff came out fresh n the staff was super helpful, like richard in the dining room. our room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
